I’m not joking, our admin would have rehired Matt Luke first. Which made some of our fans saying they wanted him back all the dumber, it would have been impossible under any circumstance for him the be back at Ole Miss. don’t believe it if you don’t want to, I don’t care.

This is why I’m so against him. Changed man or not, when you hire him to be the face of your program all of the distractions, the entire circus becomes yours. You give a mountain of ammo to your rivals to use against you in recruiting whether it’s justified or not. What do I know though. Auburn fans have convinced themselves it’s all smooth sailing from here because we’ve hired a championship caliber coach with zero championships on his resume with the exception of a conference championship at Arky St.

I do respect and support Coach Williams but that does not mean I have to respect and support this hire. It’s a horrible hire being sold to Auburn fans as something it’s not. If you want a championship caliber coach, go hire a championship caliber coach. Don’t go hire a creep with an empty trophy case and tell me you’re gonna compete with the Saban’s and the Smart’s of the conference. Those guys can point to their hardware, he can’t.

Coach Williams respects and supports this hire. Coach Williams is willing to give him a chance. Are you saying he’s wrong for doing so? Coach Williams is also an employee and a coach. What do you expect him to say? He may loath the hire but unless he wants to get shite canned and potentially screw any coaching aspirations he has, he’s not going to speak negatively. Furthermore, AU has put a PR firm in place for this turd so I take any tweet or press release from players or coaches with a giant grain of salt… I am under none of those obligations and I’m not gonna fall in line because I wanna win a few games.
