I would agree that Chizik is a class act so far, and there's no evidence otherwise yet. The decision to keep the idiot on the team may not have even been Chizik's.

No, but since there is no case for that anymore, you can't use that as precedent or even comparison when your investigation is still going on.

I dont condone what the guy did, it was something that could and should have been prevented. I know for a fact that he did it, it is the fact of whether or not he was hit first. It also matters whether or not he brutally attacked this kid with friends involved.
It really isn't that big of a deal if one guy got punched and he threw one punch back. We will see.

I got hammered Saturday night and put on some UFC gloves and fought my friend in the backyard. I won, but he got a good shot on me and I have a nice shiner. I threw up a lot after.

He did not have help in this contrary to the article. There were other football team members there but it should be obvious when the police arrive and he is the only one arrested that others were not involved.
