Mann has 2 seasons with a better punt avg than Scott's single best year. Mann is the record holder.

Let me try to help you with punting. A 45 yard punt with outstanding hang time and no return (think JK Scott) is better than a line drive 50 yard punt that allows for a return (think Mann). Mann has had 6 fair catches in 39 punts. That, in a word, is pathetic. A&M opponents have averaged over 15 yards a punt return.

even though he's currently sitting 3rd punt avg this year.

He may be ranked 3rd in total punt average but his net punt average is a mere 41.1 yards. That's ranks him 24th in the nation among punters having 30 or more punts in the season. Your argument is invalid. He can boot the crap out of the ball but it's also about working with your punt coverage team to allow the least amount of return yards. That makes a great punter.

How many of those other punters face Waddle? That dude made like 15 A&M defenders miss. Mann can't do it all.

Your blaming his poor net punt average on the fact he had to punt to Waddle 4 times? What's his excuse on the other 35 punts?

6 fair catches out of 39 punts. A meager 41 yard net average. We're done here with your silly argument. Go back to talking about how much money you have.

Even an alabama linebacker had a 22 yard return in the game.

No, La Tech and Utah both had punters go b2b this decade

The older Carlson brother not winning the Lou Groza in his career. That dude was money his junior year and then Gus broke Hime by sending him out for 50+ yard attempts all the damn time his senior year.
