Yea I have no idea how that works but bean counters at the various cable providers were willing to assess the value at some ludicrous amount so it was attractive for the Big Ten in that regard. I don't think it's going to last though, streaming is becoming too big.

The fact that Ohio State (I would sooner crush my fingers in a hydraulic press than add that total douchenozzle article "The" in front their name) isn't number 1 proves that the creator of the list has no understanding of math, anthropology or, indeed, basic deterministic reality. If some politician wanted to end all war, crime, and conflict in this sad world of ours, all he or she would have to do is invent Ohio State. That would give the rest of the planet something truly vile to unite against in shared hatred and disgust.

What I hated most about Ohio State is the amount of kids at our school from Ohio that were also "ohio state fans"
Ohio State was competing for national titles and there they are rocking their OSU shite all over campus.
Same thing with DUke and UNC for basketball.
