Jimbo going to pull a reverse Bear Bryant with Max, lose to your guys with his and then turn around and lose again with the guy who just beat him.

You’re the one who said vacated things still count for some but not for others.

Yep

I just went and browsed his record at ND. The only top 5 team he ever beat while at ND was at home in double OT with Clemson having several starters out including their star experienced QB. Of course everyone saw what happened in the rematch when they had all their players back. So he never once beat a top 5 team without help from Covid. Impressive!

His record is worse than big game bob.

Good thing he won’t have notre dame players at LSU

We’ve made coaches much worse than Kelly look much better than they are.

Bringing in another QB?

I don't have a problem with bringing in experience. My issue is doing so literally a week or two before spring practice with no time to acclimate to the system. LSU should have been looking back in January ...

Burrow didn’t get here until after spring

Shite, you think that's bad, Joe Burrow didn't transfer in until late May.

Yes

He’s going to have more talent but also a lot harder schedule.

I still laugh every time I think about Citizen’s quote about him.

Somehow we’ll manage. It’s only been a few months but it’s already been a breath of fresh air having an adult in charge again.

No idea what quote you’re referring to and tbh I think it’s pretty weird that you do considering neither the coach nor player involved is connected to Texas a&m

An Adult

You don’t set the bar to high.

Lots of stories out there on Kelly. Plenty of his former assistances I doubt would call some of things he did as one having character.

Somewhat true though he improved significantly over the course of the year. And if you watched the games you knew he had it from very early on.

No doubt, dude didn't even know some of his teammates names during the early part of the season.

Joe Brady always gets all the credit for the 2019 jump but people overlook Burrow getting there late as well as some of the other factors.
