Reminds me of LSU last year. Beat garbage teams then got worked over in SEC play

Because Pearl has NCAA issues, Beard just choked a woman. Beard is more hire worthy for a desperate program. Pearl is super slimy as well.

I would argue that Auburn was a desperate program as well when they hired Pearl. Historically there are a lot of similarities between the Ole Miss basketball program and Auburn's basketball program with regards to historical success.
I could definitely see Beard having a similar type of run at Ole Miss that Pearl is having at Auburn

We blew an 11 pt lead at Clemson and lost by 5… otherwise we’d be here. Ugghhhh.
