That old Gator Bowl was a disaster waiting to happen. Rusty and decrepit. One learned to go to the restrooms before the half because the toilets started backing up and overflowing early. You literally had to walk thru nasty water and crap.

Surprising IMO.The school puts out some very wealthy and well connected alumni.I know a couple that played ball there.

Why is Legion Field still in existence if UAB has an on campus stadium now?

If they are including D2 type stadiums then Vanderbilt is not the worst. TN Tech’s stadium is just at high school level.

It's still used for The Magic City Classic and may be used again for some USFL games again. Don't know why the city city insists on spending any money on it. BTW, Protective Life isn't on campus.
