Apparently a State fan found some van that's decorated and even emits Whistle noise in Omaha. Dead serious. I didn't think this could get even more ridiculous.

Vandy has dual whistlers. The one who drives the van is much less annoying than the other one. The other whistler is the one who attends the SEC tournament most often and gets the tv time for being in the chair back seats when he only paid for GA tickets.

Looks like it's illegally parked in front of a fire hydrant and in a turning lane. Have it towed.
