What was the UGA excuse vs Texas with a healthy Fromm? STFU.

I contend with that powderpuff schedule Clemson has they'd been breaking us down for a long time, and they will do it again this year. After Texas A&M they will play a 1 game schedule for the National Championship

Tua is still a very good qb under pressure, but he is not great. without pressure, he's great. also, he was playing hurt which is on saban. he shouldn't have been playing late in the year in games ya'll would've won easily without him.

hurt, and/or under a pass rush, he's just another really good qb. does some great things, and throws a lot of really bad passes as well.

Tua sliced and diced my team 4 weeks after surgery.

I have nothing more to add.

Except he's better than some of you are suggesting, and hell everyone has an off game. Kyler threw 2-3 pics in one game this season. Right into guys' hands.

it happens.

3. Tua’s pre-snap reads determine where he goes with the ball. If the defense audibles before the snap, or shows a fake coverage then he is average.

I heard Kiffin on Dan Patrick yesterday say that he would take Lawrence over Tua for the NFL but Tua was built for College. I believe that idea reinforces #3.

With that said, I believe most good college QBs fall into this category so that's not a knock on him. I think most good college QBs are 1-2 reads.

We are. I asked you a question Leghumper LOL. I contend that the lightweight Clemson schedule plays into it. They had a lot of time to get ready for us. They did not fear Notre Dame, not much at all. They did not have to play your team in a championship game.

I think Tua is great. Im totally fine if he wants to play hero ball. He'd be alot more scary if tweaks some of the stuff people have mentioned.

Tua tries to be a hero and instead hurts the offense in big games.

As a Bears fan we used to call this the Grossman Effect

If the truth hurts, perhaps personal change is in order. No one should be hurt over that assessment; there's a lot of truth to it.

i agree a little with that. I would contend that him being able to chuck it up all year might have hurt him too when playing a good defense. Windows got alot smaller

Let me say it again. Clemson has a huge built in advantage playing in that candy cane league.

They drew the easy game in the playoff. Hell they had weeks to get ready for us basically. We had to deal with Aubie in a rivalry game, you, and Oklahoma before we got to them.

After the Aggie game this year, they have a cakewalk back to the playoffs this year. No one will get remotely close to beating them, or shouldn't. They will be scouting and getting ready for whoever they think is going to be there at the end.

We do have a much easier schedule but we do have to play LSU, Aubie on the road, the Aggies on the road and the East winner not to mention the usual SEC West teams just to get back to the playoffs.

I remember when I first started watching football too.

Hot takes, all of it.

Especially the way you completely ignored the thrust of my argument that Tua would be better suited for the PAC-12. But, cool logic on your part. I'd post more if I were you.

Trevor Lawrence prob has more college snaps than tua... It's got to be pretty close.

Tua is a great kid, really good QB and going to play in the NFL. He is still young and will improve. Scarey thought right there.
