Saban is not good with the media or in recruits living rooms.

I guess that's why he's recruited so poorly throughout his career...because he sucks in living rooms

The more interesting storyline:

He's 4 - 4 against the West, with the potential to be 4 - 5.

Would Kirby even finish better than 3rd in the West every year?

Love all the Buthurt Bama pussies. We took you gump frickers to over time for National Title just last season.

You took a half-time Tua to overtime. Now you guys get to play him for a whole game.

Enjoy.

I’m kinda neutral on this, but in 2016 all Bama fans could talk about was how happy they were for him and shite.

Now they hate him

In their defense, he's a hateable guy.

I've also noticed his teeth are yellowing.

IMO, the West wasn't a whole lot better than the East was this season. The only real difference is the best team in the county is in the West. Take Alabama out of the equation, and they're pretty equal. Obviously, if UGA was in the west they'd be playing Alabama but I think UGA would have finished second both this year and last. And you also need to account for the fact that 2 of his losses to the West were in his first season and another was in the national championship game. The 4th was to Auburn who they later crushed in the SECCG.

Oh no no no, you got me talkin' politics.

I'm just happy to be alive.

I'm perfectly fine with a New Year's 6 bowl after my team went 4 - 7.

I'd rather not play a Tua-led Alabama team until Mullen actually has his players installed. You guys can enjoy that buzzsaw.

We don’t hate him, we are just being real.

He is a good coach, but people (read Georgia fans) acting like he is the second coming are being very disingenuous.

As Bama fans, he was our coach a lot longer than he’s been yours so far. We know who he is and what he does better than anyone.

He still employs the “Mush rush”, wholesale defensive substitutions, and has a strong tendency of playing soft on 3rd and long.

Sounds like a typical SEC head coach to me. LOL! He was hired to win. Period. Winners sing and dance while losers say shut up and deal.

Pardon us for being excited about our home grown coach, who had the number 1 recruiting class, played to OT for an NC, won the SEC, won the rose bowl over the Heisman winner, just went 11-1 again and has us playing for a spot in the CFP.

Damn dude, anyone not named Bama would think pretty highly of their coach.

Not always:

Here.

Last year you lost to Auburn in the regular season and Alabama in the post season.

This year you lost to LSU and have a good chance of losing to Alabama, which if you did, would put Kirby at third in the West.

In 2016, when Kirby first started, he lost to Ole Miss and beat Auburn, but we can safely conclude that he probably would have faced tougher teams than, say, Vanderbilt.

All I'm saying is that it's awfully fishy that unless he has a second bite at the apple he gets the holy dogshit kicked out of him by a team in the West every single year.

Ole Miss (5 - 7 Ole Miss)

Auburn

LSU

That's not bad luck, that's a pattern.

Your problem is you have Kirby Smart coaching those recruits. It takes more than just recruiting. Kirby was out coached by Ed Orgeron for heavens sakes

We all saw this, and it chapped my arse.

The OC we have (OC at LSU, dafuq, what even interview him?), also got too cute calling the game early from their scouting and recs, and not seeing the game.

Really, really bad look (and I love my Dawgs).

The truth is that he is a good recruiter in a good recruiting area. We had a lot more luck against the bammers when he was their DC.

Fact!
