Currently 2 of our nation’s 50 governors are Auburn grads, and we have a sitting Senator who is a former Auburn football coach. Our former basketball head coach is constantly rumored to be testing the political waters.
Bama has Katie Britt, but their selling out to bring in 70% of their student body from places like New Jersey has shifted much of the political power in this state over to Auburn.
Never would I have believed 20 years ago that Tuberville would win day serve as a Senator and then Governor of this state, but here we are.
