44-51 versus Georgia
31-41 versus State
35-38 versus South Carolina
48-51 OT versus Missouri

Y'all are going to sit here and tell the Rant that a good defense wouldn't have won those 4 games? Giving up 38 points is bad, and that's the fewest given up of the games I listed. 20-37 versus Florida could have turned out differently too. Tennessee gave up 555 yards to Florida! Just think about that for a moment. 2012 Florida was not an offensive powerhouse or juggernaut, and they put up 37 points and over 500 yards.

I'll stick by my belief that Tennessee was a bad scheme change and defensive coordinator away from having 4 or 5 more wins.

When UT gets good again. Anyone else agree?

Tennessee doesn't matter one way or the other to most of us FWIW.

Is there a chance they make bigger seats for Junior and Lulu any time soon?

I would agree with this except for the fact that UT recruited well on a national level when they were good. They will have to get back to that in order to be that good again

that is a fact.... the idiot Kiffin did recruit well, at least rankings wise. but a lot of the recruits were idiots.

Completely agree. I used to really love watching UT-UF and UT-UGA. Now they're mostly bloodbaths.

The SEC East was epic in the 90's.

No it wasn't. It was a two man race between Tennessee and Florida every year, of which Florida won 90% of the time. The rest of the east was miserable.

its already fun, its the best football in the country, most competitive, balanced, the passion of southern. its would be nice if everyone played the same team. the year LSU went 13-1 they played oregon, west virginia, a very good arkansas team, florida, georgia, and oh yeah alabama! TWICE! Now i cant remember when LSU hasn't played FLORIDA or either Georgia in a season in a while. Now i dont LSU are "bitching," they just feel that they have play them everyone in the west should that's fair. Besides the last two or three who the hardest schedule? The BAYOU BENGALS!

When they do Bama and the SEC will then decide all the pressure to change permanent is justified.

To the OP yes.

not gonna happen with their current coach.

winning with Kelly's players isn't the same as trying to win with Dooley's...

I can't wait for Tennessee to beat Alabama. It might take a decade, but damn it will be delicious.
