SEC showed their true colors last year when they didn't fight for us at all with the playoffs. Sankey doesn't give a damn about anything but "money"

Probably because you weren't a playoff caliber team nor did you play Bama close.

I do have to admit, there was no fanbase I hated more before a game than the TX fans before the 2000 Cotton Bowl and the year Matt Jones ran up and down the field on them in Austin. That was my favorite road trip of all time because they are in your face until the first sign of trouble and they sulk until they pack up and leave.

If pods would they be
Sec North
Sec South
Sec East
Sec West

Pod 1-4 sounds dumb

Pods are a horrible idea, as they are too confusing to the average fan to follow.

Either you drop divisions going with 3 permanent rivals on a 9 game schedule, or, you keep divisions, end all permanent crossover opponents (won't be needed if you move Bama/Auburn East, and Missouri West), then rotate through the other division (preferably with a 9 game schedule, 2 at a time, rather than 1 at a time with an 8 game schedule).

I really can't wait for all the Tide Pod jokes when this thing becomes final.

I read this pod proposal as.....

POD 1: UF and UGA, fight it out
POD 2: bama and AU, Iron bowl as always
POD 3: LSU and aggies, CEO taking Jimbo's lunch money
POD 4: Tx and OU, same shite as always

Hasn't worked out so far for him with Jimbo having the winning record between the two.

I wouldn’t mind having a permanent opponent in each pod. I don’t think Oklahoma would be LSU’s permanent, believe it would be Arkansas. Proximity and the ugly arse boot trophy. We keep Florida and either Bama or Auburn. I like that schedule.
A&M
Ole Miss
State
Florida
Arkansas
Auburn/Bama
Plus three from a pod.
Basically LSU keeps all but one sec west opponent and Florida.
