Saban is a dick and rides his players asses worst than anyone and rarely seems to let his teams enjoys wins and have some element of fun out there.
I think his whole "process" mentality starts to wear on players and they stop responding as well to it and you start to see his teams fall off, as we saw at LSU after his MNC and now what we saw at Bama last year.
I think a lot has to be said for a coach that players have fun with and enjoying playing for. You rarely hear players praise Saban the way you hear them talking about Miles.

Can't really argue that. I do think that you are wrong only about the players stopping playing hard for Saban. His being an a-hole is not why we lost 3 games last year. Miles has lost as many or more in his career so that part of your argument is wrong my friend. Miles is clearly more of a players coach for sure. Who is better? Right now you have to give the slight edge to Saban though Miles isn't far behind and has time to change that.

Man, some of you guys need to give it up. I honestly thought that last year, this argument was beating a dead horse. If anything, I thought certainly the A&M win would have silenced this. But then you drag this bullshite up again, after a weekend where we beat #3 Oregon?
If you still can't get over Saban, just become a Bama fan. It's so easy. Get a houndstooth hat, a red shirt, and hate Auburn.

Me either. I simply don't get it. I literally got into a near fistfight last year watching the Auburn game with 2 guys that wanted Miles fired. Both said they'd take Saban back, blah blah blah.
It's a very weird thing, this argument. It's like some sort of bizzaro world. Miles is 63-17 in the hardest division of the hardest conference in the country. I simply cannot fathom a fanbase that would want someone with that record off your staff. I don't give a frick if he's punting on 3rd down or going for 2 for no reason, or running a flea flicker from T-Bob to Jarett Lee for an 85 yard bomb, whatever. HE WINS! I DON'T CARE HOW! Saban runs the same old vanilla defensive conservative bullshite and I don't miss it at LSU. I want somebody who can win games at whatever cost. The more insane gameplan, the better. I live for it.
You people that even remotely ever wish for the Saban days back here at LSU are absolute turncoat, non-fan, traitorous idiots. You HAVE to get over it. Seriously. If you can't, then you just need to take off your purple and gold and give into this weird, nonsensical Bama envy you can't seem to shake. The fact that anyone out there like this can seem to call themselves an LSU fan makes me nauseous.
