Most of the media that talks about non-AQs schedule likes to talk about how they probably wouldn't be undefeated in a "real" conference...which is true.

I think that the better way to analyze how strong of a team Boise is, is to think of how many BCS teams would go undefeated with THEIR schedule.

From the SEC alone, 5 teams at minimum would go 12-0.

Join a real conference, then complain.

TCU and Utah will be joining BCS conferences soon. BSU can't because with the exception of football, the university is a total shithole.

I think it would be more than 5 teams that went 12-0 with that joke schedule they have every year.

UA, AU, LSU, and UF. Yeah, the LSU and UF O sucks, but they have enough talent on both sides of the field to easily deal with the likes of:

VT
Wyoming
Oregon State
NM State
Toledo
San Jose State
La Tech
Hawaii
Idaho
Fresno
Nevada
Utah State

Who would LSU or UF lose to of those?

For a 5th, I'd say Arkie, possibly even USCe

Keep in mind, VT forgot their season started and also lost to James Madison.

From the Big 10, OSU, Iowa, MSU, and Wisconsin would probably get through unscathed as well

Oregon would easily beat all of those, Stanford possibly could, Arizona...maybe, Nebraska, Oklahoma, missouri...

LSU wouldn't beat the current VT team (which is obviously better than one that started season), Oregon State could probably beat LSU, let us not forget LSU struggled with McNeese State.

That's true, but Auburn struggled with Miss. State and LSU dropped the hammer on 'em...so I don't really buy that.

You are right about VT....no one would have an easy time with VT TODAY....but 8 weeks ago is a different story

LSU struggling with McNeese State while playing an SEC schedule is a little different than playing Boise's. Guarantee you LSU could put together 2 great game plans to beat Oregon State and Virginia Tech. And guess what they wouldn't have to play the "current" VT team because they would have played them first with Boise's schedule.

Possibly but then I doubt Boise could beat the much improved VT that they squeaked by early in the season.

Cause LSU has put 2 great game plans this year?

Seriously, LSU could sneeze on Boise's schedule and come out with 10 wins. All they would have to do is put together two game plans (which is a lot easier to do when you don't have to worry about playing an SEC team week in and week out) and they would be undefeated. This is a no-brainer.

LSU could beat those teams with JJ qbing the entire season...Va tech sucked to start the year and i'm not sure they got all that much better.

Suffice it to say that their schedule is filled with the crap we get penalized for scheduling OOC plus two halfway decent BCS teams.

Why because I think LSU would not go undefeated even with Boise State schedule?

Or because I do not buy into the SEC BEST CONFERENCE EVA AND NO ONE CAN BEAT US

That is only one of a few games teams play against SEC Teams...

I guess if SEC went 1-6 in Bowl Games with that 1 being a NC it would still mean SEC = Best Conference. I am aware there will always be an excuse and when the SEC does lose a National Championship game there will be many excuses.
