I love it, here's the part where Georgia fans start to discredit Chubb and Michel and act like they're any other back.

2017: They are the best tandem in SEC history

2018: No problem replacing them

The Players Tribune has some fantastic write ups. I bet I read Drake Davis' LSU one over ten times

2014: Gurly and Marshall one of the best tandems in SEC history

2015: No problem replacing them

The two ideas aren't mutually exclusive.

One is not necessarily exclusive of the other, you know. Both could be true. That said, nobody said we wouldn't have an issue replacing them. What is being said, is we have a couple of 5* backs, and a couple of 4* backs waiting in the wings to take over, and with Fromm being in his second year...and our OLine getting better with 4/5 starters returning and a couple of 5* fighting for the vacated spot, our offense could actually be better.

What is surprising to me is Auburn fans saying they lost to us because Kerryon Johnson was not 100%, yet you go into next year losing your top two RB's with not experienced backs to replace them with, yet y'all claim you will be fine, even though you lose 4/5 of your Oline.

So, you guys believe we will be worse having almost our entire offense back along with 2 5* running backs, yet you will be fine in spite of losing a ton of your offense. (4/5 Oline, both big running backs)

Makes perfect sense.

Nope, never said that. They were two pretty good running backs and you will probably have a few more pretty good running backs.

Did you see how our Oline played in games against Clemson and UCF? Not necessarily a bad thing.

And can you remember the last time Auburn didn't have a 1000 yard rusher?

You didn't, that's true. But you are about the only Auburn fan that hasn't. Most are saying exactly that.

Well, we had 7 sacks in the SECCG, so it is a point. Another point would be that you will be playing people who could not beat those guys out.

Rushing isn't Auburn's problem. Keeping Stidham on his feet is. And when he can't stay off his back, Auburn is in trouble. Losing 4/5 OLinemen does not bode well for Stidham, and by extension, Auburn.

ETA
I also think it is very telling that Gus threw Kerryon out there when he was so banged up. It's one thing to start him because Kerryon said he was good to go, quite another to see him going down and not taking him out of the game. Gus does not have any confidence in your running backs. I think Asa Martin will be a good one, but if Gus runs him 30 times a game, he won't be around by the time you play us and Alabama.
Also not a good thing that he only got 2 OLinemen to replace the 4 starters (not sure if you lost any bench OLinemen). The replacements look to be low 3* players thta will need a lot of seasoning and development. Depth is going to be a problem.
