According to my source we aren't going the assistant route. We will hire someone with head coaching experience who is currently a head coach.

If we get an assistant we should go after a Dukie who has been sitting down the bench from Coach K for a few years. Not a cheater who has been on Cal's bench. (No offense Kentucky)

I agree but unlike the UK assistants the Duke guys just don't seem to want to leave. Plus Stricklin has UK connections.

If the Duke guys don't want to leave we should go after a guy with head coaching experience. I would love to get Bobby Hurley, but that will not happen.
