The most f#cked up thing about this Bama stuff...

Is that someone was murdered over what was reported to be a minor altercation.
The 2nd most fricked up thing is that someone potentially threw a promising NBA career away for providing the gun and handing off a murder.
The 3rd most fricked up thing are Bama fans defending that trash because he plays for your school.
The 4th most fricked up thing are the fans of other schools only dunking on Bama, not because they feel bad for the family who lost someone to murder, but because they hate Bama and want to dance on their grave.
Bad looks all around.

There’s lots of people who are sick of athletes getting special treatment, regardless of school. Special treatment used to be a passing grade that wasn’t earned, then it became some cash, then a car, then housing for the parents.
We are at the point where schools are covering up the criminal acts of athletes, and the coverups are getting more and more severe. This hasn’t hit coverup level yet, but winning was placed above character. You reap what you sow. These guys have no business playing a sport for millions.

Unfortunately, we seem to hear stories where this occurred more and more. That’s why the smart thing to do is to get away from the person rather than escalating it.

Looks to me like most people are trashing Alabama fans for their deflections and excuses, the crime itself is what it is. The reaction and the crime are separate events.
Statistically, there will always be some shitty people playing on your favorite college's sports teams.
Doesn't mean you have to defend their shitty behavior.

Like 70% of the Tiger Rant would suck Will Wade's dick if he whipped it out in front of them right now.
Not saying using your wife's checks to pay players and not knowing what how to use a burner phone is the same as covering up murder. But LSU fans are holding daily vigils for Wade after he was caught multiple times giving special treatment to players, so it rings pretty hollow for an LSU fan to complain about being sick of special treatment for players.

Yeah I don’t hate Bama and I haven’t made many comments but this guy is still on their team. I think that’s a far bigger slap in the face to the murdered gal and her family than any of the people picking on him and Bama fans.
