It's completely incomprehensible how Dye got back involved with Auburn.

I don't know this and I am not accusing anybody of this but think about this for a minute.

I think they may all be scamming money from the University. Think about it, what do really rich people do when they lose all of their money? They panic and try to figure out how to get it back.

Lowder, and Dye lost a ton of money in the Colonial bank deal. Lowder lost everything he had and he is not a self made man. Lowder is a member of the lucky sperm club, his daddy made the money.

Now Lowder is in charge of the finances? We are hearing of privately owned organizations that don't have to disclose who is giving them money and since they are private organizations they do not have to disclose their financial records and they do not have to account for this money yet they are collecting donations under the cloak of Auburn University which is a state owned entity.

Auburns tuition has gone up 13% which is more than it ever has in a single jump and their reasoning for this is that they want to encourage students to graduate on time. I don't think you need to be a federal agent to see through this.

Whoever is driving this clown car is driving it off a cliff and it is full of clowns.

Ross,

The lawyer Auburn hired teaches at the University of Alabama School of Law, that is the big glass and brick building next to our baseball field.

I know it hurts and you are a great poster but alabama will know what is going on before Auburn does.

You are mistaken if you think Gene Marsh would talk to Alabama people about information his client (Auburn University) has told him. He would be disbarred.

A UT fan in Georgia took these this weekend

What the hell did it look like before if that is after renovation?

From the latest pieces surfacing would it be a stretch to think the FBI is investigating the Lowder - McGregor - Colonial Bank issues and simply trolled across something on Newton in the process? The fact that Lowder was allowed to remain such an influential insider at Auburn is simply astounding. If some of these rumors are proven true this will have far more reaching consequences for Auburn than their football program.

Slive is pissed at MSU and he hasn't even put it together that it wasn't one of his schools that tipped off the NCAA. He should be wondering why he wasn't included in the loop.

You got to think if you have lobbyists/legislators/gaming interest/powerful boosters, Slive has got his hands somewhere in the cookie jar.

Well now I may have to eat my last post.

Someone on Tider Insider - YES A BAMMER - has Google Earthed the church and says that the UT fan didn't take a picture of the real church, but a a building near it.

But I still hope that is the church just because.

i have to say that the tuition increase probably doesnt have anything to do with this. it also went up 13% at alabama. hell, it went up 23% at alabama a&m. youre reaching with that one.

My intuition tells me this as well. I think that is why the FBI has become involved in all of this. They think they can sniff out a money trail starting with Cecil Newton and ending with Pat Dye and Bobby Lowder.

Scoop, while it is fair to say that a practitoner may speak in generality about something...he damn sure isn't going to be explicit.

You may not want to use that example. The Feds are looking into their books right now.
