Doubtful. The Bama vs. Goat fricker rivalry is actually relevant to the SEC and adds some minor degree of substance to the board. The Cripple Fight rivalry is completely irrelevant outside of Mississippi.

Alabama didn't have problems establishing the run, or stopping it against State. Ole Miss was another matter. That's all I can go on, considering I don't pay much attention to either unless Alabama is playing them.

Yeah you pretty much man handled us.. just like the previous year. This year we were coming off a bye week along with dealing with Nick's passing. State looked to be in another world that game. Regardless, you would have beat our arse anyhow.

Mississippi State will continue to be Mississippi State. I don't need to remember any names to know that.

Are the multiple drive by flame attempts by State fans are a sign that their program might take a bit of a hit from some of the people that left on the coaching staff?

Can't really argue with that. I was just talking in terms of volume. Our rivalry is greater and would cut the flame threads in half if it were moved to its' own board.

What position is Johnson playing? He was only the 3rd best player on oak groves team his senior year, but maybe he'd make for a decent DB

But what exactly makes your RS's better than ours?
Carlton Martin and Carlos Thompson were the two top DL in the state last year. We burned Carlos' RS for five frickin plays but he's still obviously a young talented unknown. Sanders was the top WR in the state last year and I don't know any of your other guys or what positions they played so i can't compare them to ours

I have a pretty good feeling Martin, Bennett, Marry, C. Jackson and V. Sanders will be pretty good and be a staple of our team for the next few years.

Robert Johnson was a 4star recruit and a member of the Dandy Dozen, yet you claim he was the 3rd best player on Oak Grove's team??? Are you serious.

We have some very good redshirts. Im sure Martin and Bennett will be good but will be thrown into the fire right away due to lack of depth at their position. As for WRs Sanders was good in HS but I hear he is still rail thin.

Our top WR prospect Michael Carr chose not to redshirt and ended up coming on strong and even caught a TD in the Gator Bowl. He will be a good weapon in our offense next fall.

I really don't understand the DT obsession. Yeah we lost our four deep but you act like we have absolutely nothing to replace it with. They were all seniors. The top DT underclassmen in the nation wouldn't get much pt behind those seniors. We have the two top DTs in the state from last year, 4 star Gaines from the year before that RS in 09' and two very good Juco DT's. Sure we don't be as good at DT as last year, but it's not going to be a vulnerability either, especially with Lockett, Shack, Jones, & Thompson coming off the ends

He broke his jaw his senior year in high school and couldn't eat, hence the loss of weight. If that had not of happened he would have gotten PT last year. The reason he redshirted was to put on weight and he did that.

His creepy advances are clearly what has caused all of their recruits to jump ship.
