The hypocrisy of Bama fans calling Dye a drunk is absolutely laughable.
Bear Bryant was the biggest drunk to ever step onto a football field. Not only did he love his scotch (and Mary loved her white russians) he also was doped up on quaaludes half the damn time. Not rumors, those are know facts.
And anyone wanting to talk about crooked boosters and conspiracy theories only needs to read the story of how Logan Young happened to "fall" up the stairs yet bleed out all over his house only to end up naked in his bedroom dead.
And who can forget "I love Hookers" Mike Price and the choir boy Mike Dubose.
And I am sure PBJ has never, ever, ever, ever veered from the straight path he walks *coughinsurancescandalcough*

Only problem with all that and now, is that your ole drunk is still sitting in the football stadium and involved with the runnings of the program behind the scenes. And he's still the ONLY proven coach in the state to cheat and lie to the NCAA.

AU: 7 major infractions. Last 1992. Prior to that, early 70's/
Bama: 5 major infractions SINCE 1992. In fact bama is still on probation and currently in the repeat violators window as they have been for close to 20 years now.
So, Bama has 5 major infractions convictions in the last 15 years while AU has ZERO.
And if the state media and important people were not in Bryant's back pocket, Bama would lead the country in major probations by far.
