Bama can thank the SEC schedulers for all the titles they won last year.

Have you seen Aggie's schedule next year?

Well since Bama bitched and moaned last second to get out of playing at Kyle, this giving us two SEC West home games, and Alabama four(incredibly unfair because division record is a tiebreaker) the schedule makers owed us.

Bama and LSU fans need to brace themselves--TAM is for real.

The best blue-chip Lone Star talent that wants to play in the SEC can now stay home and play for the Aggies.

The Aggies are not going to have a negative effect on Bama or LSU's recruiting success; having TAM in the SEC might actually help them pull more recruits out of Texas.

However, there is a new sheriff in Texas, and he lives in College Station.

How about a moment of silence for the Longhorns.

Yeah, all they have to do is beat Bama and go 7-1 in their second season in the SEC.

Oh, and don't forget, the Aggies have to go play at OLE MISS!

But tell me, TeLeFax, when was the last time A&M went 7-1 in the SEC...?

Yeah Aggie had a good year, got a win over Bama, and returns a talented squad.....no one is suggesting otherwise.....but if you think Bama, LSU, UF, AU, UGA are worried about Aggie, then you have another thing coming....this ain't the Bevo12 and the SEC is gut wrenchingly tough year-end and year-out as you are going to find out the hard way....Bama has won 3-4....don't think we are that worried about Aggie given their history of underperforming

You mean just like Zach Whiteley?

A'Shawn Robinson also sez hi!

and fwiw: there are a few football players in Alabama, Georgia , and Florida as well.....4-5 #1 recruiting classes....Bama is also pulling 4* and 5* talents from outside the South like Foster and Bateman....Bama is a national brand: DWI

At least he won't have to beat Saban to get to the title game this year....how is his heart condition? might want to get that checked out before the season starts

Before that goes too much further, Robinson was a Texas recruit.

yeah...and?....Yes the point is Saban pulled a top TX in-state recruit to Bama.....

Don't really disagree with the OP......Aggie in the SEC definetley can help Bama and LSU and others when it comes to Texas recruiting

Robinson was absolutely a 3-4 guy. Look at his size when he committed, and see that he was already larger than every DT in their 2-deep from last year. They run a 4-3, so they were never really going to go after him. Yes, Saban did get a big name recruit out of Texas, but he was never going to go to A&M anyway. Maurice Smith or Whitley are better for making your point.

Kinda ironic, considering Saban left Michigan St. to get away from Ohio St. and Michigan.

We will have a bigger, stronger front 7 for when we play power teams like LSU and UF, and then lighter, faster guys that start and play against TAMU, AU, etc. Saban will shut this down, he is working night and day to formulate a plan to destroy the HUNH and I think you'll see the beginning of that this year as teams like TAMU, OM and AU begin to really struggle to put points on the board against Bama.

Afterwards, you slowly remove Saban's man piece from your mouth and Saban continues to battle for intergallactic supremacy.

I bet Saban and Cameron are both looking forward to all the scheming for each other with the great talent those coaches will have at their command.

All trash talk aside, Aggie is going to be tough customer for years to come....I like the way they are energized about their program....its great for the SEC....I think they are a great addition to the league and can't wait for September to get here!

They've ALWAYS been energized about their program, hell, they've got jars full of energy dating back 40 years. What has it gotten them? Calluses.

I remember back in the 90s when LSU started playing Auburn annually and I got my first real impression of the Auburn fanbase - it seemed a LOT like A&Ms. It's like a second fiddle mentality or something.
