Aren't all cities seperated at least? Not by skin color at all..but pretty much every town has an upper class section, a middle class section, and a lower icome section...I mean it is seperation but has nothing at all to do with race, has to do with how much money you make...which to me, is totally fair(and I am as middle class as it gets, not in the upper class).
