as a football powerhouse?
Overall, UGA Is probably most similar to Clemson especially since they have engineering programs again.
. I'll move them to no. 1 spot given Arky and MSU don't seem happy with frontrunner status.
The problem is Clemson doesn't have quirky bands like REM and B52s associated with it like Athens.
