As a state fan, I can honestly say I cannot recall seeing anyone from an opposing team treated badly. Other than people walking through the tailgate area and getting booed in a joking manner. The same people were high fiving them. The only place I've been treated bad was Ole Miss. My brother and a lot of good friends go there. They were like dude what the hell are you doing just shut up you trash. LSU gets a bad rap. I have never been treated bad there and have been about ten times. I think my dad almost got his arse whooped once though. Alabama fans are by far the most annoying.

Ole Miss.
They are taking their teams failure like true gentlemen. No blaming of officials, power on the sideline, the flu, deaths of QB's great great great uncle four times removed or anything along those lines

The 245 threads started last night to take glee in OM's loss certainly proves that no SEC school's fans have the most class.

In my experience, I must say the classy, most polite fans were Arkansas.
Alabama,Florida,LSU,and yes TENNESSEE are typically the most drunk, offensive a-holes of all. Wear it as a badge of honor, its a tough league.

So Cal and Nebraska did have some nastiness going on a couple of years ago, I remember that. A lot of shite talk on Rome's radio show.

Maybe the nasty was from So Cal., I just remember many "corn jokes", and a lot of back and forth. I think USC won and rubbed it in.

For me it's Tennessee fans. The last Hog game my dad ever saw he sat in the middle of a bunch of TN fans in Fayetteville. My sister, her hubby and my dad drove up without tickets. Got two together in an Arkansas section and a single cause a lady from TN couldn't make it. My dad sat with her husband and another TN couple smack in the middle of their section. He had a great time. Those folks in the TN section treated him great. Said it was the best game experience he'd had in 20 years at an Arkansasn game. Before the game they made a wager losing party buys dinner. The TN folks paid up and all had one fine time.
For that, I can never hate TN.

This is true. Good fan base at NE.
LSU and FL have the worst fans IMO, they do not treat other fans well for the most part.
Ole Miss and Bama fans have been great each time I've been around them.
Last time I was in Tuscaloosa (01), the worst fans I saw were a few AR fans. It was a group of about 5 guys from Stuttgart or some other hole in South AR, they were obnoxiously drunk, cussed everywhere including at some of the Bama fans. They may have had 4 teeth between them.
Idiots.
And yes, we all have those fans but FL and LSU have a whole lot more.
BTW, FL sucks. Whole state is worthless except some parts of the panhandle and in the northern pat of the state.

I have had a good time at Ole Miss games too. The Grove is fun, the fans are nice, give you food and drink ( ), overall good time.
I was there one year and it rained, (03 I think) and it rained. I didn't have a poncho with me, (was a little fuzzy headed from the night before) and was sitting in the middle of one of the Ole Miss sections. The couple behind me gave me a poncho and were pretty cool throughout the game.
