It's mostly just sore arse jabbing right now man, outside of Baton Rouge and New Orleans most of Louisiana is alright and has it's qualities. Just like there's many shitholes in Arkansas, but also a lot of hidden gems and beautiful places to see

Your state government is a shithole of its own accord though

Louisiana is a great place with great culture and history. When you look at the stats as a whole is doesn’t tell the story of really drives the numbers to appear as bad as it appears. So if you don’t understand what I mean by that statement then you won’t understand why people love Louisiana.

People move because they don’t want to be near the a certain segment of our population. They don’t move because we have some of the best food, throw the best parties, have some of the best athletic programs, and have some of the nicest most hospitable people. They move because they don’t like public schools that are full of kids that don’t look like theirs.
