LSU beat Alabama on the road that year to win the SEC. I wouldn't slight them of that title because of the NC game. Those kids deserved it. It's a shame they have random poster "GnashRebel" trying to discredit them.

I just stated what happened. How is that discrediting?

Explain to me how many National and SEC championships Ole Miss has since the beginning of the BCS era in 1998.

How many times Ole Miss has been to the SECCG since it's first edition in 1991.

How many Heisman winners does Ole Miss have since 1998?

I am an alumni of LSU, I know LSU, LSU runs in my blood....dear Ole Miss ma'am, you are not LSU.............and you will never be.

The most successfull coach in the history of Ole Miss just left you for us...so even the best of Ole Miss thinks we are better than you.

Relax. I’m not saying you don’t have a swell little program down there. I just thought it interesting that Bama had 16 top 10 finishes and LSU and OM had 4 and 3 respectively. I know you were kings I am focusing on what happened since Saban was no longer influencing your program.

Coach Kiffin was Ole Miss the last 6 years. You have him and him alone to thank for the success you have had. He is now in Baton Rouge where "things are just different." 100,000+ is greater than 60,000. 3 National titles and 2 Heisman winners in the modern era.

LSU is a lot more like Ole Miss than it is like top tier programs.

Somebody should tell Lane.

I think we all know he wanted Bama, they just didn’t want him. So he made a lateral move instead.

What part of your success being the result of Lane Kiffins leadership don't you understand?

Your hot shot coach left your 11-1 SEC team playoff bound with a natty in the horizon, for us........

That must be humiliating....

I mean Kelly was able to reach much greater heights at a top tier program like Notre Dame. 4 top ten finishes while he could only drag a program like LSU to the Music City Bowl.

You keep avoiding the obvious in that Ole Piss has been successful because of Lane Kiffin. Lane Kiffin is not at Ole Piss anymore. To compare this to LSU and BK is delusional.

Who was the coach @ Ole Piss for the 3 top 10 finishes? Show us a pic of the Ole Piss trophy case in said time frame, Heisman's included

Wait let me get this right. A guy starts a thread downgrading LSU and then includes statistics showing LSU has more top 10 finishes than his own school in a timeframe that he decided to pull from? You could have at least reached further and try to find something Ole Miss is better at lol.

Your school is a stepping stone program not a destination. Deal with it .
