I sat next to some LSU fans at the 2013 UGA-LSU game. He started to complain at one point about how LSU fans get called the worst names, and he particularly hated Corndog.
I said "We get called, leghumpers, arse-lickers, shite-eaters..."
He cut me off "ok ok ok, that's alot worse, point taken"
Then he filled up my coke cup with whiskey from his gallon bag.
Travelling LSU fans are a classy bunch, and that was a great game.

Once again for most LSU fans the corn dog thing is a head scratcher. I’m born and raised in Baton Rouge and I still don’t see the relavance. Maybe that’s the point? Beats me

It would make more sense to say we smell like crawfish or gumbo or jambalaya. I can honestly say I’ve never eaten a corn dog in my life. We’ve got much better food choices than that!
