I don't get why Curiel doesn't bat higher in the order. He's the toughest out in the lineup from what I've seen.

But he’s struggled against lefties. Jay moved him down against them in the regionals and he had a huge game

One thing these announcers do that is a bit of overkill, is they build these two pitchers up as unhittable but their ERA’s are 3.58/3.59.
That is good but that means that they do give up runs and they are hittable.
Just an observation from me though.
