Well that's quite a leap there.
You referenced murderers and said, essentially, "who they cheer for has nothing to do with it."
Obviously, when someone kills someone because they're not upset about an Alabama loss, their support for Alabama has something to do with it.
I agree that being an Alabama fan is probably not the determining characteristic in them being capable of murder, of course.

Then we had a simple miscommunication.
I have a Tennessee fan friend that blamed Bama fans for a parent in ATL leaving his kid in the car. Because the guy was wearing a Bama shirt in a picture in the article.
He's one of those "bad fans" we've all talked about. And he is even an alum of UT.

Kidding aside, any negative picture/video that comes to light will be used to rib your friends that root for that team. I just always assumed it was just that, ribbing, and no one actually believed it painted the whole fanbase as such.
But they do all butt chug up there. That's real.

After we lost to Sly Croom at home in 2006 I murdered my Jamerio Davidson poster in my room at the fraternity house. I mean, I really ripped him to shreds.

I probably should have used acquaintance instead of friend.
Honestly, he's really the only fan of a team I've ever had problems with in real life. I'm best friends with an Auburn grad and surrounded by Tennessee fans back home, and we all enjoy giving each other shite about stupid fans, but he's the one that seems to genuinely believe it (or trolls way too hard for real life).

If You wanted to be a Bama fan all you need is a T-shirt from Walmart. The 85% lives.
For most Bama fans it is about winning at all cost. for some it is their God, the only thing they have in life to be proud of. That would be fine, but many of them want to destroy others.... They dislike us, we dislike them.
Auburn's campus, students and fans are different from Bama's (the 85%). To each his own. I truly believe Bama fan will never understand why we choose to be Auburn fans.
The last Bama fan to convert was Tammy, can yall please take her back?

Because either you, or someone in your family tree decided to rebel against the mainstream University of Alabama and "go to Auburn instead".
Or you/they decided to be a farmer.
Those are the only two reasons anyone in the state of Alabama chooses to be a fan of Auburn.
