Ole Miss is two weeks removed from a home loss to a Kentucky team that hasn't beaten anyone else in the conference. LSU's loss to USC wasn't great but it's farther away in the voters minds. Not justifying it, just saying recency matters a ton.

Ole Miss has some talent on the team.

But they should be outside the Top 25.

W - Furman 2-4
W - MTSU - 1-5
W - Wake Forest - 2-4
W - Georgia Southern - 4-2
L - Kentucky 3-3
W - South Carolina 3-3
L - LSU - 5-1

The AP poll is irrelevant now.

First CFP ranking is in two weeks? That’s all that matters now.

I don’t think there should be rankings until October. Too much gets baked in before the season even starts and then it’s hard for the voters to adjust things to where reality is.

Plus the good news is you only faked two injuries in this game.

Things are looking up for you.

Link: No Bias Colley Computer Rankings

1. Oregon
2. Texas
3. BYU
4. Iowa State
5. Penn State

9. Alabama
13. A&M
17. Missouri
21. Georgia
25. Tennessee
26. LSU
35. Oklahoma
38. Vanderbilt
44. Ole Miss
55. Arkansas
68. Kentucky
74. S Carolina
71. Florida
105. Auburn
113. State

While I don’t necessarily agree with the overall rankings, I think the order of the SEC teams is pretty close.. Missouri is a fraud though..

The more games played, the better it gets..
