Yea you fricking waterhead.
Every plaintiff in this lawsuit is a player who was told they were out of eligibility after 4 years.
Thats the entire point of it. That they were shorted a season that everyone else is now getting.

Jack pyburn says, I’ll come back to LSU if I don’t make an nfl roster and get practice squaded, why, because he’d make more money at lsu than he would on a practice squad, why? NIL
It’s more beneficial for a lot of these players financially to get NIL than it is to be practice squaded, or even worse not even make a practice squad. Why wouldnt they try for a 5th year if you were one of these players?
If the NCAA says you can’t have that year they are saying you can’t have that NIL opportunity, regardless of their reasoning
I’m confused at how you could think that NIL plays absolutely no role in this when it my play the biggest role

They played 4 years, no redshirts. The 5 for 5 guys can’t even get medical redshirts now. They entered the draft, signed contracts. They are pros.

Yes, and they can’t still play 5 years.

Are you under the impression all the players in these 5 for 5 lawsuits have signed pro contracts?
LSU has one on its team right now that hasn’t, same with Texas

No, that’s just your fanbase that seems to think that some kind of point you guys are making that seals your arguments. The entire SEC said that point is not valid.

Our fanbase didn’t file a lawsuit on those points you fricking idiot.
It doesn’t matter what the SEC or NCAA says.

Look at this objectively and with some common sense, I know it’s hard here but let’s try for a minute.
The class of 22 was objectively fricked. Older guys got Covid years and hung around and these guys had to fight for spots and lost playing time. Then the younger class gets a whole extra year with 5-5. They’re the only ones who get fricked. And these are the same kids whose high school years were Covid. If I were them I’d be pissed too.
Now what I really wish is the NCAA had half a brain and fixed this months ago, but here we are. Dealing with this bullshite after the season has basically already started.

When CBS and ESPN say Lane and LSU was behind it, you don’t take an LSU fan’s word they aren’t.

The Louisiana case wasn’t even the first one, was LSU behind the Colorado case? Weird venue if so

They got 4 years on a P4 field. Entered the draft, signed contracts, are pros, didn’t make it. Nothing much to it.

Again, many of the 5 for 5 athletes never signed pro contracts and were never pros

I didn’t expect rational engagement from an Aggie considering your basketball roster but at least I tried.

No other school is doing what you guys are in football in the SEC.

Just wait until Friday. Half the SEC will sign one of these players, including your school who has no issues signing former NBA players.
fricking hypocrites

LSU has no former pro players on its roster
So far Texas has the closest thing to a former pro player on its actual roster
Outside of basketball which quite a few teams have former pros now, including a&m. Not that it’s anything new, Alabama has already popped the pro cherry in the SEC by actually playing a former pro

No. You guys just don’t get it, and there isn’t any point talking about.

Still waiting for you to explain your point that NIL plays no role in this whatsoever

You made an entire thread illustrating you don’t get what’s happening, at all.
