The press has blurred the lines between the best yardage produces and best backs. A lot of those RBs are a product of the Offense they are in and the QB they play with. There is nobody on that list that can take over a game by himself. The closes I have seen that from a current back was when Chubb was healthy.

Go take a look at that vaunted UL defense's game log and you will understand why I don't care. Cmon man.... louisville in a shitty bowl game is what you hang your hat on with Guice? My point rests.

Yes that would be game 2 where he gashed you for 62 yards on just 3 carries. Game 1 he had 6 carries for 55 yards.
If we do math that adds up to 9 carries for 117 yards, or 13 yards per carry.

698 yards on 256 carries in the last 7 games. Their defense was better late than it was early.
Maybe you should have actually looked at the game log. You wouldn't look like a retard.

Agreed, 9 carries for 117 yards is pretty impressive. Especially 52 yard runs. Let's even take out that 52 yard run. 8 carries for 65 yards which is 8.1 yards per carry.

No, he's great because he ran for 1,387 yards on just 183 carries which is 7.6 yards per rush last season and his first 2 seasons is a combined 234 carries for 1,823 yards which is 7.8 yards per rush.
You're the one that wanted to nitpick games, so I posted what he's done against your team, which is actually well above his average. So congrats

their team as a whole did get worse.
the fact their defense posted better lines against bad competition doesn't mean they were any better. They played very bad teams the second half.

I'm assuming you believe Pettway is going to have an even bigger "crash", right? I mean, he did have worse numbers against the common opponents and no big games against any team with a pulse.
