And there does not exist a UGA fan that would try to GIVE you any fricking victory be it moral or otherwise,

the Georgia comment i replied literally said:

The Gator defense was up to the challenge and played well

sounds like a moral victory award.

why does it sound like you're trying to give Florida a moral victory.

I was impressed with Florida. They had every reason to give up and did not. I do think they will give up vs. Texas, though. Napier is done and it is time to turn the page.

Frankly, I am ready for y'all to be good again and for our rivalry to mean something on a national scale.

yeah, but a team built on 85% 5*s shouldn't come down to the wire against a bunch of scrubs.

the spread was like... -15.5. it should've been -28 given the talent/coaching differences.

If it weren't for the pesky business of playing the games we could have all saved a lot of time, energy and resources back in late August and flipped a coin between Ohio State and UGA to see who the national champion was going to be. UGA does indeed have a lopsided advantage against almost everyone in the talent department. Certainly so with Head Coaching and Defensive Coordinators....Offensive coordinator is a different story but yes, on paper UGA is as good as good gets. Paper is good for debate and discussion, it has proven to be meaningless many, many times in all sports, especially college football. It is what makes the game interesting. Florida played above its head and could have won the game despite some glaring mismatches. Its what makes the game fun....

The perfect result for Florida would have been to beat that Dawg arse. Calling an opposing QB sustaining a season ending injury “perfect” is par for the course for dawg fans. Surprise, beating Georgia wouldn’t have changed Gator fans’ wanting Napier fired.

You say that, but somehow this feels less than perfect.

Yep. We were dangerously close to beating UGA and UT, thank god y'all pulled through.

How come when Georgia wins, it’s always against the other team’s practice squad? You think Georgia doesn’t have injuries? Frazier and Cash Jones are our 4th and 5th options at RB. What you should be more concerned about is that a 170 pound white running back (Jones) trucked thru 2 Florida defensive players like Herschel Walker thru Bill Bates.
