That was the most unimaginative, stupid final play to win a game I've ever seen.

Way to go, aggy. Did you even want to win?

I guess you’re taking out your frustration of our horrible game vs Tennessee out on the Ags. They have nothing to be ashamed of.

Chris Doering, thought it was a good call just not executed properly by the receiver. Said the receiver should have taken the CB a few more steps into the end zone before making his move.

I probably should have called something different. I just didn't want to win enough I guess. My bad.

Yep. The play was there. Either the WR broke early, or the QB held the ball too long. Either way, the ball was still in the QBs hands when the WR broke away from the defender and was open in the end zone. Timing was off one way or the other, but the opening was there. Throw it 1 second sooner, or WR breaks 1 second later, and it's a TD.

Hard to say it was a terrible play call when it did exactly what it was supposed to do, against one of the best secondaries in the game, on a very condensed field.

But Bama

Sport, you have way more problems on your team than worrying about Bama winning a last play game.

Carry on.

Bama used similar play to beat the Barn last year.

most unimaginative,

Bama fan life under BoB.

He had an entire week to workout a scheme for a run first QB with downfield accuracy issues.

No screens, no short game confidence builders. Out of synch RPOs. He called it like Bryce was in the game.

Jalen's read went direct to the RB. There were 12 completions. I bet no more than 25% went to WRs.

Aggie put 8 in the box and BoB couldn't find a way to exploit it behind Jalens arm. Simply no adjustment. Poor, poor playcaller at the CFB level. Identify and exploit the talent mismatches.

Jimbo wouldn’t be outdone by Balloon Knot Chin O'Brien on play calling.

The fact that we personally didn’t want to win is why we called that play and why we simultaneously…collectively failed to execute it as well. Because we are, after all, a hive-mind. 75 year old oil man who graduated half a century ago…18 year old freshman from a foreign country who doesn’t even speak the native tongue or know what a football is….and everyone in between. We are all responsible. That sound about right?
