A sheriff in alabama is a cousin of the teabagger. He saw a pic of the incident, knew it was his cousin then basically turned him in. Went in to all the legalities about it, etc.

Said it didn't matter what the perp wanted to do, he was going to New Orleans to face the consequences.

Maybe he didn't because his cousin is an a-hole and he didn't like him.

(By the way, this thread is talking about the Sheriff of Russell County AL.)

I thought he shot it pretty straight especially when he said his office would have to handle this situation the same way if it had happened in his county.

Fbaum has spent a week joking, blaming NOLA, blaming the drunk LSU fan, accepting "eye witness" accounts from a drunk girl on a balcony across the street, taking shots at Louisiana law and stirring shite.

Glad to hear the sheriff enter into this discussion.

Nah, I think he was obviously bothered about it. Felt it was out of character for the kid, but said like all of us when you screw up you have to face the music.

George Goober Lindsey is a UNA graduate. Guess the Mayberry references are warranted.

I kid not, our local Wal Mart has a picture of Gomer hanging in the customer service department, and that section of Highway 280 is the Jim Nabors Highway. LOL
