That runner at 3rd meant NOTHING on the double play ball

Even if he doesn’t turn 2, the tying run is on 1st with two outs. Unbelievable.

That isn’t hindsight

You have to be thinking that before the play from 9u and up

You never go to 3 on that grounder. Ever

It’s not hindsight that runner going to 3rd meant nothing ever in that scenario

That maybe one of the lost boneheaded decisions I’ve ever watched in sports.

The game is over. And it wasn’t a hard bang bang DP. He’ll probably never have one that easy again.

I think he thought there was 2 outs

0 outs you still don’t go to third. That run is pointless
