Texas will have 10+ draft picks again this year.
Last 3 Years Combined (if the expected 12+ get drafted from this year)

RB - Bijan, Rojo, Brooks, KRob, Blue*
WR - Worthy, AD, Whitt, Golden*, Bond*
TE - Sanders, Helm*
OT - Jones, Banks*, Williams*
DT - Sweat, Murphy, Coburn, Collins*, Broughton*
DE - Ojomo, Sorrell*
LB - Overshown, Ford
CB - Watts, Barron*
S - Makuba*
37 draft picks from 2010 - 2022 (12 years - average 3 per year)
28 draft picks from 2023 - 2025 (3 years - average 9 per year)
That's certainly different than it has been for a long time, but there are a lot more guys in the pipeline.
QB - Arch
RB - Baxter, Wisner, Gibson
WR - Wingo, Moore
TE - NiBlack, Washington
OT - Goosby
IOL - Campbell
DT - January, Shaw, Brevard
DE - Moore, Simmons, Burke, Vasek
LB - Hill, LeFau, Smith

The biggest question mark is OL. We have a lot of guys in the system, but tbd how they play as a unit. Replacing Barron will be tough though..

More players drafted eventually translates to better recruiting class.

Ryan Days transfer portal class was a top one last year and look where he is today.
A couple of examples are:
-Joe Borrow transfer portal-National champion and Heisman Trophy
-Jayden Daniels transfer portal - Number one offense in America and Heisman Trophy winner
We can make a long list of how you must work the portal in modern college football to be successful
Sark might take years to figure it out but we’re all glad Well, glad that Texas fans like Sark
