The SEC is the closest thing to the NFL in college. Any team any Saturday has the talent and coaching to beat any team any Saturday. Vanderbilt excluded. The worst recruiter on the SEC would be middle of the pack at worst in every other conference. No head coach is leaving the SEC for other conferences. The cream of the crop. Miss me with the Michigan talk too. Their best team would be 4 loss in the SEC

Georgia is their only tough opponent and they get them in Austin. Longhorns have Vandy, Arkansas, Kentucky, Miss State, and my Gators. Easily the worst 5 teams right now

You're forgetting they play Arkansas in Fayetteville again. I don't care if Arkansas looks like dog shite in other games, that day the stadium will be rocking just like last time they came to town and Arkansas put a beatdown on them

In other words, there are tough matchups in that list that might not appear that way on paper. I guarantee you Arkansas will give them a tough game pretty much every year, and vise versa.

OU has to play Bama, Tenner and Texas at home

and

Auburn, Ole Miss, LSU and Missouri on the road

at the LSU fan thinking that will be easy after they lost to KU and Okie Lite this year. Life on the road in the SEC is far more difficult than in the cupcake Big 12.

8-4 tops

Mizzou might have the second easiest schedule in the SEC next year. I only see 1 loss (Bama in Tuscaloosa)

Texas has beaten Arkansas once this century, at home, with a true frosh QB on a 5-7 Arkansas team.

aTm is always tough at their place. I think the SEC-hardened Tigers could handle OU at home, though, especially if they don't improve their defense. But OU could win. The Tigers badly need a RB to replace Schrader. The underclassmen got no PT with Schrader playing almost exclusively, so who knows about them.

So, yeah, I'm hoping for 11-1 after the breakthrough this year, but 10-2 is more likely, and 9-3 or even 8-4 possible.

I think OU will be 7-5 next year. They lose a lot of talent this year. Should be able to beat them. Also year 1 Elko. Should be 11-1,10-2 and a playoff team

All road games will be in packed stadiums with everyone gunning for you whether you’re worth a shite or not. Think of that Arkansas game being every road game. No more sleepers. It won’t be the cakewalk you’re used to.

I dont understand why Texas fans are so cocky after OU winning in the cotton bowl..... Texas is losing a ton of players especially on defense. Oh and btw your lucky we didnt get to play again after OU killing TCU by 4 tds and you squeaking by by 3. One week apart.

Classic letdown after losing their Super Bowl. You guys should’ve lost to BYU. The shine is off OU, you guys are horrible.

“Texas doesn’t even know what’s about to happen to them…”

“They’re in for a rude awakening if they think they’re gonna come in here and call the shots”

Yet we have somehow rigged the league in our favor before we are even in it? Exhibit Z that y’all fear what’s coming. We are trying to raise money as we speak because we can’t pay all the transfers trying to jump on the wagon.
