Well, I don't begrudge Louisianan's for not being interested in "anything Texas". But Texans, like most people, love NOLA, and state school in state capitol is always a good mix.
I'd love for Texas to regularly play Oklahoma, Arkansas and LSU -- the top schools in states on its border with a football history.
I'd rather the Big12 stay as is and just try to schedule OOC like that.

In the sense that both are more nationally recognized programs than Arkansas? Or that they both have winning records (and it's not close) over y'all? Or that they both have national championships a little bit more recently than 1964? Thats why texas would remind me of LSU.

It's an illusion. It's just that the majority of the texass trolls that came over here in 2011-2012 to get back at us mean old Aggigigities took up the LSU fan persona. I guess pride and hurt feelings wouldn't let them pose as Bama fans or Arky fans and they were too indifferent to the Mississippi schools. Although there were a couple posing as Ole Miss fans that we outed in the beginning.
