No I can't see his balls, but as you point out he is bulked up and another sign is his Horns. Bull Horns are thicker and shorter than that of a cow or steer.
No need to give up on your artistic license, but it would really be a shame for someone to cut such a specimen. Beautiful bull.

I understand everybdy is going at each other flinging insults at each other's mascots...but there are some mascots that are, to me, just plain cool.
