In a bar, you should watch for those things. As a University employee he shouldn't have gotten in a shoving match with what looks like a bunch of frat boys anyway.

That is even worse. I always knew that Radio was a moron, but as I saw on a YouTube comment. "It's always a great idea to get into a philosophical discussion in a bar ..."
As far as I know, Crayola is still employed by the AD. Maybe the entire AD should have mandatory AA attendance, including the AD, coaches, and all support staff? Just like UGA should have mandatory defensive driving training.
Or have a freaking driver for problems such as Crayola. Maybe he could have controlled the situation better.

it’s a bad look all the way around..
but I think there might be a plot twist
1) Vince is way too old to be in this situation.. all public figures are a target and if he can’t bring bodyguards and/or avoid situations like this. then he shouldn’t be going to places like this. That is on Vince.
2) VY got sucker-punched. Dude is short compared to Vince, but in a different video, the dude is pretty jacked. Probably about 5’9 and 175-180 if I had to guess. He also waited for the right angle to take the shot.. he was also throwing cheap back handed shots on the other guy..
3) The owner of the bar apparently told the police that he got elbowed in the head in all of it.. and the guy that threw the punch took an elbow to the head pretty early on.. is it possible the guy that threw the punch is also the owner?
4) I’m assuming the owner of the bar is also the one that released the security footage to TMZ.. so that would be an interesting plot twist if this footage outs the guy who hit VY and quite the plot twist if that is also the owner..
It’s also possible the details have been twisted. but there might be more to come of this..
Dude is lucky VY didn’t get hurt. I know a guy that was in a similar situation. Not the best guy, but he apparently picked a fight one night at a bar.. guy hit him and knocked his arse out. Falling back.. he hit his head on a concrete half wall and it snapped his neck. Died right there.
So yeah.. this situation is bad all the way around and I hate it because I loved VY when he played.. but dude has made one bad decision after another.

Let's simply say I've seen no positive articles on Vince Young since he left the NFL. I know that A&M has had its share of drunks (BCG, Kevin Sumlin) but both of those definitely had drivers/bodyguards when they were out in public. Kevin Sumlin also had one at AZ, but as soon as he didn't ... the Maryland situation happens

You don't need much of an IQ to play football, especially when you are bigger than many players around you. However, to be a decent member of society you should have a mentality above that of a child.

The way that the guy who threw the punch scoots off screen looked like he and his frat friends left. The kid with the backwards hat looks to be the only one with a decent head on his shoulders in the entire video. He tried to hold VY back during the shoving, and he checked on him after the man was knocked out cold.
