Colt McCoy, durability aside, would have been excellent in the Sark offense with his quick release, high accuracy, and ability to see the field. Maybe Sark needs to sign a few more "gritty" types. I bet there are many 3A, 3 star QBs from Texas that would jump at the chance to play for the Longhorns at minimal cost initially.

I think it all had to do with Colts dad being a coach. I mean he was being groomed his whole life. I know Arch had the Manning family but were they really around grooming him all the time? I mean Peyton and Eli were off in the NFL winning Superbowls and doing there own thing.

I'm sure Arch had the best QB coaching money could buy, but the player also has to put in the effort to make himself better and also has to form the chemistry with the receivers by working out with them all year long like Colt did. I don't think Arch is putting in that amount of effort. He is too slow at processing things that should come instinctively by now after multiple years in Sark's offense. Too scared to make decisions sometimes in the passing game. He should be way ahead of where he is at now as a QB if he was really putting in the work.
