I really don't think anyone on this board cares all that much about bands or where the coaches' wives sit.
I envision many from the nutless cow college in austin look like this

While many SEC fans look more like this

If any of you Bama fans are coming into Austin, let us know and we'll give you some recommendations because we actually are good hosts. Hope y'all frickers have a good time.
The only way I ever go to the state of Texas is if I'm being paid decently to do so.

Why's that? There's plenty to do here to have a good time.

The OP said there was no A/C in the Texas visiting locker room.
Since there was no rebuttal from objective sources on this thread, I am led to believe that no A/C in the Texas Visiting locker room is an impartial naked fact.
So there is Air Conditioning or is there no air condition in the Longhorns' visiting locker room, in a city that has 100 degree days the first month of the football season?

They acted similar when LSU stomped them out in 2019. They are a sad bunch.

No doubt, the state is lots of fun
Problem is the attitude of the fans
Hard to beat BuckNuts for the worst fans in college football but with well over half a century of live games, Utx is clear choice for the Top 5 for me.

We’ve done this for all visiting bands, regardless of one score “stompins”. Not everyone in the sec is a victim

The question is not if they have AC, but if it is working properly during the game. Seems 20 - 30 years ago it was out in the visitors locker room and there was debate if it was intentional.

The best part is they are having to repeatedly admit they were full of shite and lied to people.
They literally killed people for a political agenda with it.
Ivermectin finally made the list of approved treatments. All their lies are being exposed, but of course the media stays silent on these things.
I hope it ends up like the Nuremberg nazi trials. Where even the members of the media who published the lies were held accountable. They killed hundreds of thousands of people.
Don't forget Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar dismissing President Trump for promoting hydroxychloroquine as a possible cure...even after it came out that her gravely ill husband was treated with it and it helped to save his life.

Back to the subject at hand, this is SOP for Texas these days. Once Bama starts to get into gear, they'll get quiet quickly.

Like what? I already live less than 5 miles from the beach.
But mostly, when I think of Texas I think of state with a bunch of entitled assholes. Not to say I haven't meet nice people there, as I do have friends who live in the state. But when it comes to the average person I'm going to interact with on a daily basis - entitled assholes.

Anecdotal evidence from 3 decades ago and the grumblins of coach gravel mouth 3 years ago when he also had his player faking cramps all night orrrrr common sense? Think common sense says in the year 2022 a college such as Texas probably has working hvac.

This is why the SWC was the most ruthless conference to exist. The SEC is S-O-F-T.
So your team lives back in the 1990's? Answers a lot of questions.

New to secrant, does every football related thread eventually turn to political diatribes? Do the mods just monitor for potty mouth words?

Common sense says yes, but not to say the home team does something like this. Iowa has a pink locker room for visiting team.

Think working ac in 105 degree weather is more of a liability issue than paint color
Posted on 9/6/22 at 2:51 pm to Hugh McElroy
Same thing is happening to Tennessee with Pittsburgh. You’d think these things would be included in the game contracts but then again, most of these schools hire people who’ve never worked in the real world

That may be, but some folks play at the edge of the rules and common decency. Baseball has frozen / microwaved balls. Football has overinflated / under inflated balls. Having a locker room at 80 on a 105 day is not out of the realm.

Amazing..you were able to post two factually untruths in one statement. Covid was real and Fauci didn’t control shite. Just self serving grandstanding. But everyone noticed you deflecting from the UT involvement with the Chinese bio lab and government.

Exhibit A with what’s wrong with Austin.
