Seriously, there’s hundreds more college basketball teams than football participating for the title

Basketball titles are harder to win

One game does not a season make. That team never played at that level again the rest of the year.Kansas did not take care of business and they are not the best team in that conference, proven on the court.

Right because those 13, 14, 15, and 16 seeds are always crashing the party in the tournament. Right.

Does Norfolk St or Howard or any of the mid-american conference teams actually have a chance at the title other than Houston (who is going to wreck your shite when they join the Big12- if there is still a big12 after you lose the uteruses and paper clips)?

Says the chump who's team didn't win the conference tournament to the guy whose team did.

You’re right, an entire conference season does in which Kansas finished 1st

Based on “one game” after winning 7 straight

I feel bad for kids who go to school in Alabama

March madness is harder than some stupid 4 team playoff

Hell, you used to only need to win one game you would arbitrarily get put in

Sometimes you’d just get votes for a title

If it was so easy, then why hasn't KU done it??

If basketball is so easy why hasn’t Alabama

I never said basketball was easy. Nice strawman though.

You say that sometimes BAMA won a football title by votes.

Are you seriously saying that KU hadn't benefited from name recognition with some of the 1 seeds they've received through the years? That does make the path a bit easier, yes?

Now you’re melting about Kansas success

How upset will you be when we get a one seed again later

I'm not melting, and IDGAF about what seed KU is. My point is that they have name recognition, and they've benefited from it. As BAMA fan I understand name recognition. I'm not knocking it. And the one seed means you always play a weak 1st round team and that your first two tournament games are basically home games.

I hope BAMA and KU meet up in the tournament. I'd love BAMA to rock that chalk.

But...but...TCU DID beat Michigan, fair and square. They proved to be more legitimate than Hail, Hail To Michigan's Big Blue.

KU is extremely overated. They're not that good, in spite of their record.

I would not be shocked this year if the #16 seed upsets the Jayhawks. They are really a mediocre club living upon their notoriety.
