You need to go back to potato judging class. By just about any measure OU's potatoes are in the top quarter of the SEC.
Probably the ONLY thing they aren't top four in is stadium size.
On field performance over a given length of time. Easily top four.
BCS/playoff appearances. Top Four
TV ratings. Top four.
Perception by HS recruits. Top Four
