On the SECN they are playing BYU with Ty Detmer . On LHN the are playing Texas with Vince young .which game should I watch?

Holiday Bowl if you wanna see one of the greatest bowl beatdowns ever. BYU and their HC thought A&M was beneath them and not a worthy opponent and found out the hard way. Detmer was one tough SOB, though, I'll give him that.

That BYU game was a blast. They were killing everybody and bitter that they were stuck with A&M, and we just absolutely murdered them.

After the bYU game, the BYU coach wouldn't shake RC's hand. In the press conference, they asked RC if he ran up the score. He responded by picking up a program and reading the scores to BYU's games that year.

I remember watching this game when I was a kid. Detmer had a tough day.

Interesting side point - the violent football highlights at the beginning of The Last Boy Scout with Bruce Willis are from this Holiday Bowl game.
