So this game is played on the same day as other games people actually care about and will be fighting for viewers.
Meanwhile, Arkansas keeps their traditional Friday after Thanksgiving time slot.
Its easy to tell who matters in the SEC and who does not.

Exactly. The only thing that sucks worse than playing on the Friday after Thanksgiving is playing on Thanksgiving.
LSU and Tiger fans have always wanted to play this game on Saturday night. SEC tried to push it to Thursday, then Friday, and LSU said no and no.
