This Mizzou alum would be shocked to win a 3rd in a row at A&M. (I just hope we can beat Syracuse)
Then again, I'm shocked A&M has played so well this year with a new HC and freshman QB. That funny shaped ball sure bounces strangely sometimes.

Except Sheldon Richardson isn't half the player Suh was, and Suh never knocked McCoy out anyway.
Richardson won't even be the most highly regarded lineman in that game, and he's going against what has proven to be maybe the best offensive line in college football.

This is why I think Mizzou can win Saturday. A&M is good, don't get me wrong - but I think Mizzou pulls this one off.
Good luck to both teams

The last two years we had a completely different staff and Missouri didn't suck hind tit.
You do realize this years defense is superior to any we've had at Mizzou.
And the offense will be healthier than it's been all year.
Take away the loss to Vandy (which we lost our qb in the 1st quarter) and we have only lost to excellent teams. So to say we're garbage is just well.. garbage.

Head shot
Mizzou should just remember that this Richards person can't even hold the jock strap of 2 time SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week (against LSU and Florida no less) Damontre Moore.

It took you OT to beat the vaunted Tennessee Volunteers ..

Dude, it's on thing to troll. It's on thing to say outlandish things. Its another thing to really think you're being serious and say such stupid things.
He's not half the player Suh was? Really?
Thanks for confirming that you're an idiot.

That TN team is pretty decent, they've been unlucky as hell, and have a coach that is uninspiring. They're pretty talented. Beating them is not a joke.
And we dominated them for the entire second half after coming out flat.

Aggies sure are mad about the beatings they have taken from Mizzou this last decade.
Meltdown will be epic should we maintain or claim to Kyle Field as Faurot Field South...again.

Minus the NFL-caliber front seven talent.
You're giving up fewer points and slightly fewer yards in a lesser offensive conference.

Holy shite.
First of all, you've been CRUSHED by excellent teams. CRUSHED. Georgia, USC and Bama used you guys as a cum rag. We just beat the Bama team that you lost to by FIVE TOUCHDOWNS at home.
Second, you barely beat UCF and a poor ASU team at home.
Finally, you lost to Vanderbilt and needed four overtimes to beat SEC-winless Tennessee after needing a miracle just to get to OT.
So you think, after all that, that you;re going to into your toughest road game all year and win after getting raped by teams of similar caliber and struggling against shite teams?

I'm not crazy...I wouldn't bet Mizzou over A&M if my life depended on it. That said...we have a few things going our way:
1) Past success in college station. I don't believe in mental blocks, 80% of our team has won a game there. It can be pretty intimidating there, so that's a big plus.
2) Franklin has the ability to suck, but he also got a shot of confidence back. Granted Tennessee sucks etc etc...but the kid made plays like that all year last year. (Many against A&M I might add). If he hadn't shown that flash last Saturday..again, I'd say no way.
3) It's a decent matchup from a defensive standpoint. Tennessee hurt Mizzou through the air because Bray is so damn accurate. JFF is accurate sure, but there is a danger of having one guy generate 95% of your offense. Again..dude has the ability to absolutely destroy us...but if Mizzou can find a way to hem him in...we have a shot.
4) Mizzou won't have the pressure of having to win to make a bowl. (At least Good God I hope not). Again, helps when you don't have a whole lot to lose.
I'm not confident of a win...but I'm not so discouraged to say we don't have a chance either. We're amazingly inconsistent at times.
Ps - This line is spoken like a guy who roots for a team with no cheerleaders. (Georgia did not crush us, Franklin was hurt vs. USC and we started an 18 year old freshman in a monsoon against Bama).

Let's just put it this way ... when the nation talks about "Great SEC Defensive Linemen of 2012" the names immediately mention don't include Sheldon Richardson.

I'm not a stats slave.
This defense is the best we've ever had in modern times. (2010 being the only year worth comparing).
And there are multiple players in our front 7 that will play in the NFL.
