even worse considering:
- a&m was on the 3 getting ready to add anotber 7 when intercepted
- a&m safety dropped a tipped pass right in his hands on the 5 just before LSU got s TD
- the last LSU TD and only threat of the 2nd half was against out backups in the last minute.
This could've EASILY been a 56-9 score, which in reality is closer to hiw the game looked.

I have seen a good many references to the beat down vs Alabama last season too, but probably more than anything just the consistent mediocrity.

I wouldn't even come close to saying anyone broke my fandom.
I am however on A&M bandwagon for the rest of this season. I have too many friends and co-workers who are A&M alum. I feel sorry for them. They have gone their entire loves without knowing the joy us LSU fans have felt on numerous occasions. It is time for them to finally feel the joy of having a good team that is nationally relevant. I hope they enjoy this year.
